Majory Yokomizo is a Brazilian comic artist who self-published her first comic, “Drain”, in 2018. Her comic “Asylum” was nominated for HQMIX-2018 award and in 2019 came “Avocado Seed”, also nominated for the HQMIX-2019 award.
Marjory has participated in comic anthologies such as “100 Years of Emilia” by the publisher Skript, organized by Carol Pimentel and “Dives Through Our Windows”, an independent publication organized by Daniel Ianae, among others.
Currently, she has an independent project of a hybrid book mixing comics and illustrations called: “Where are magical beings born?” which is being released on a Brazilian crowdfunding platform.
